Five College Depository Book Request

Use only to request books located in the Five College Library Depository, an off-site storage facility for library materials

  • Please note that certain fields below must be completed in order to submit this form.
  • Please submit a separate form (complete this page again) for each item requested. To save repetitive information after submitting, use your browser's BACK button
  • If you need assistance with this request, please contact a Reference Librarian at your home library: Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, or UMass/Amherst.
  • Requested books will be delivered to your home library's Circulation Desk Monday-Friday, within 2 days of your request. Items will be held for 10 days and then returned to the Depository.
