Job Description Qualifications: Minimum of five years' experience in administration and finance with demonstrated skills in both a supervisory and management capacity, including supervision of professional staff, budgeting, cash management, and accounting. MBA and/or CPA credentials preferred. Responsibilities: Oversight of all financial and administrative matters of the Consortium: prepare annual budget; oversee expenditures; supervise and prepare audit materials; provide grants management and financial reporting; share financial matters with senior administrators and program staff; maintain and monitor banking relationships and cash management issues; oversee accounting system, endowment management, and personnel management. Supervise business office staff. Five College Leadership: Bring vision and leadership to discussions and implementation of administrative cooperative and collaborative endeavors. Serve as staff liaison to various consortial administrative committees including the Principal Business Officers; convene groups, arrange for agendas; assist in professional training activities. Assist in the development of grant proposals. General Administration: Serve as member of Five College senior staff, consult and work with colleagues.
