Joint Catalogs
The libraries have an integrated, on-line joint catalog of their collections, including information on circulation status, periodical holdings, and titles currently on order. Holdings of the university are in one database, and the holdings of the four colleges in another. Users may switch easily between databases and replicate a search from one to the other. In general, the on-line catalog is the authoritative record of the libraries’ holdings.
