Two speakers from Senegal will visit as part of a major "Africans on Africa" event, April 3-13, 2009. Aisatta Tall-Sall is a prominent lawyer in Dakar, and Penda Mbow is Associate Professor in History at University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar.
