Ranjanaa Devi

Ranjanaa Devi is an internationally known dancer/choreographer specializing in South Asian arts. With a graduate degree in musicology from the University of Delhi and over twenty years of training in dance and dance theater techniques from the finest teachers in India, she has presented her art in many prestigious arts venues throughout the world. She has created unique dance theater productions on Indian and Buddhist ritual themes receiving wide acclaim from critics, audience, and academics alike. Her work is acquired for use by university departments and libraries internationally. She is the founder and director of the Asian Arts and Culture Program at the University of Massachusetts and guest faculty in the Five College Department.
