Facilities Reservation

Amherst

If you need a room during the day during the school year (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), you need to contact the registrar.

If you need a room after 4:00 p.m. during the week or on the weekends, you need to contact the Room Reservations Manager, Paula Mieczkowski, at (413) 542-8269.

Hampshire

If you need a room, contact the Office of Special Programs. You can call 559-5610 or email Deanna Theroux, the Special Programs Assistant.

Mount Holyoke

If you need a room during the day during the school year (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), you need to contact the registrar.

For evenings and weekends, you need to contact the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center.

Smith

The Office of College Events coordinates room reservations, which are mostly done online. Further instructions can be found here.

University

The most expedient way to reserve a room is to talk to the scheduling rep. in your department, who will work directly with the Academic Scheduling Office (part of the Registrar's office). You can also call the Scheduling Office directly at (413) 545-2605. The Scheduling Office is in charge of scheduling all classrooms at all times.

Rooms in the Campus Center can also be reserved, though this may involve a fee. More information is available here.
