Textbooks

Several of the institutions have campus bookstores (Smith, Hampshire and the University), while others rely on local bookshops (Amherst and Mount Holyoke.) Here are links to the bookstores that will be most useful to you in ordering textbooks.

Amherst College

Most Amherst professors order their books from one of these two shops:

Hampshire College

Hampshire has its own store for textbooks, Hampshire College Textbook Shop, though some professors may order from stores in Amherst.

Mount Holyoke College

Mount Holyoke professors primarily use the Odyssey Bookshop.

Smith College
Smith has the Grecourt Bookshop in the basement of the Campus Center. (The link, however, goes to the company that runs the bookstore rather than to the store itself, although this should take you to the Smith section.)

University

The University Store is located in the Campus Center. (The link works the same way the Smith bookstore link works.)

You can also order textbooks from some of the shops in town. (See Amherst College above).
