Meeting Notes

DEDCC 12/21/05 meeting via conference call

Present: M. Billings, J. Ewing, S. Berger, C. Loring, L. Button, J. Jourdain

Set meeting schedule for the spring semester Feb 17, Mar 24, Apr 14, and May 19. All meetings will start at 9AM at Five Colleges.

C. Loring reported that the FCLC acknowledges that something needs to be done to formalize a group to oversee Five Colleges efforts with DOM, but there has no specific guidance with that regard.

J. Ewing will contact HC about filling HC’s vacancy on DEDCC.

J. Ewing will schedule a short debriefing meeting after the January 12 GoogleScholar program, probably a conference call the morning of Jan 13.

The group finalized details of the January 12 GoogleScholar program, including transportation and accommodations for speakers, welcome, introductions, signage, parking issues, etc.

Next meeting: tentatively--Friday, January 13, 9AM (at Five Colleges, tentatively)
