Meeting Notes

DEDCC 08/05/04 meeting at Five Colleges - notes

Present: S. Brown, M. Billings, S. Berger, J. Ewing, J. Jourdain

1. The ILS contract negotiation process has slowed down while
several people are on vacation during August.
2. Most of the feedback on the recent SFX/MetaLib-related brown bag
(July 20) has been very positive. DEDCC is hopeful that the FCLC will approve our sponsorship of future sessions.
3. We spent the bulk of the meeting conducting our annual review of
"new" ideas in the library technology world, considering which may be worth our following/investigating.
