Programs: American Revolution Series

The American Revolution and American Peoples: A Comparative Inquiry (2001-2002)
A one-year professional development program for K12 teachers that will draw on new scholarship in intellectual and social history about the American Revolutionary era and its impact on various groups of Americans. The project includes eight daylong seminars organized around the themes: Geo-politics, Liberty, Sovereignty Citizenship, Equality, and Empire. Sponsored by National Endowment of the Humanities.
