Jane E. Goldman’s '73 series of luminous prints reveals the artist’s muse in a graphically novel way. "Audubon Suite" features silkscreen and hand-painted pigment prints that pay homage to 19th-century naturalist and artist John James Audubon. “Goldman’s sun-dappled still life compositions document a year’s passing months and seasons. The dance of light and dark patterns over tablecloths, floor tiles, and Audubon’s images from Birds of America unites the various elements. Opening reception: Fri. February 9, 5-7 p.m. Exhibition runs January 8 to April 16. Gallery hours: Mon.-Fri.; 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., location 33 Elm St.
