2nd Annual Plug-In: Building Power through Grassroots Community Organizing

A participatory action forum bringing community organizers and leaders from the following organizations to campus to share their work:
Arise for Social Justice (Springfield, MA) WE ACT for Environmental Justice (West Harlem, NY) Independent Drivers Guild (Brooklyn, NY) Granite State Organizing Project (Manchester, NH) Pioneer Valley Project (Springfield, MA)

This is a great chance for students and faculty to learn from, and connect with organizers who are leading the fights in their communities for environmental and racial justice, worker rights, educational equity, migrants rights, and more.

This event is free and open to the public and food will be provided.
