Student success expert to discuss value of public health education in the liberal arts

On Thursday, March 5, Susan Albertine of the Association of American Colleges and Universities will present “Should Liberal Education Embrace Global/Public Health? And If So, How?”

Presented by the Five College Culture, Health and Science Program, Dr. Albertine’s lecture will make the case for the value that liberal education can bring to learning for global health.

As vice president of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Student Success at the Association of American Colleges and Universities, Dr. Albertine leads efforts surrounding student readiness and success.

The event is free, accessible and open to the public.
