Participants will receive a copy of the SPICE curriculum unit Along the Silk Road (designed for Middle and High School use), handouts, light lunch, and a certificate of completion for 4 contact hours. Workshop participants who attend the April 12 Silk Road Ensemble at UMass on April 12 will be reimbursed $20 for their ticket (after the concert). Go to https://fac.umass.edu for more information on the concert and to order tickets.
