New Enployees

            When a full time employee is hired s/he will receive a letter stating the terms of employment, title of position, starting date, salary rate, benefits for which eligible, name of supervisor, and a job description.

 

            All new employees will be reviewed at the end of two (2) months. This period provides a time of adjustment and evaluation for both the employee and the employer. The employee accrues no benefits during this two (2) month period, with the exception of holidays, workers' compensation and health insurance. After initial review and confirmation of continued employment by the Executive Director, sick leave and annual leave will accrue and become retroactive to the date of employment.
