Please note that the Five College meeting rooms are heavily utilized and there is no guarantee that we will be able to accomodate your request. Once a request is received, we will respond as quickly as possible to let you know if a space is available. Be aware that requests for meetings outside of normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and catering requests require extra preparation and funding. Please talk to your staff liason if you have any questions.
