FCI Performance Evaluations

The performance review process is an opportunity for employees and their supervisors to have an open dialogue about the employee’s performance for the past year and to set goals for the coming year. Working together, supervisors and employees can clarify expectations for one another to keep the mutual work environment productive and effective. Discussions should be ongoing throughout the year and is an opportunity to create a supportive partnership between manager and team.

The current Annual Performance Review Cycle:  April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

By April 30, 2019
Employees complete self-evaluations
Supervisors complete annual performance reviews
Employees and supervisors collaboratively set goals

By May 6, 2019
All completed and signed 2018-2019 Annual Performance Evaluation Forms submitted to Director of Operations

By October 31, 2019
Mid-year performance reviews

By March 31, 2020
Employees complete self-evaluations
Supervisors complete annual performance reviews
Employees and supervisors collaboratively set goals

By April 6, 2020
All completed and signed 2019-2020 Annual Performance Evaluation Forms submitted to Director of Operations
