Facilities Reservation

If you need a room during the day during the school year (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), you need to contact Lillian Mosgofian in the Registrar's office at (413)542-5066.

If you need a room after 4:00 p.m. during the week or on the weekends, you need to contact the Room Reservations Manager, Paula Mieczkowski, at (413)542-8269.

If you need a room, contact the Office of Event Services and Summer Programs. They have a page on Space Scheduling, which gives details. You can call (413)559-5610 or email Deanna Theroux, the Reservations and Event Coordinator

Mount Holyoke

Room-scheduling for the routine weekly meetings of a class is done by the Registrar. If you need to reserve a campus space for an event (including extra class meetings, tutoring sessions, and film screenings outside of the regularly-scheduled weekly class meetings), contact Conference and Event Services in the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center.

The Office of College Events coordinates room reservations, which are mostly done online. Further instructions can be found on this page for faculty and staff.

The most expedient way to reserve a room is to talk to the scheduling rep. in your department, who will work directly with the Academic Scheduling Office (part of the Registrar's office). You can also call the Scheduling Office directly at (413)545-2605. The Scheduling Office is in charge of scheduling all classrooms at all times.

Rooms in the Campus Center can also be reserved, though this may involve a fee.
