Each campus has an administrative system through which you can access information like course lists and class schedules, submit grades and, in some cases, view course evaluations.
Amherst's system for access to administrative information is called AC Data. Transcripts, class lists, grades and schedules are all available via AC Data. The registrar's office also posts a useful calendar of academic deadlines for faculty. In addition, the Web site of the registrar's office has a faculty information page (log in required).
Hampshire uses a system called TheHub for faculty class rosters and writing narrative evaluations. For information on how to access the online systems, please contact Shannon Rosa at the dean of faculty office. The main registrar's website is here: Central Records and includes a link to the Academic Calendar.
Mount Holyoke uses a system called ISIS (Internet Student Information System) as a way for students and faculty to access central administrative and academic records. Here are links to the ISIS log-in page for faculty and ISIS instructions. The main registrar's website is here: Office of the Registrar.
Smith uses Bannerweb as their administrative information system. View Bannerweb user documentation for faculty and a more general faculty information page from the registrar's office. Smith also has a dates and deadlines page. Please note that Smith course evaluations are submitted through Bannerweb; you will have access to them the same way.
The Smith registrar's office is also in charge of classroom requests. Emails about classroom requests go out from the registrar's office in November and April for the following semester. If you are teaching at Smith the following semester and don't get an email, please contact the registrar's office. If you have an issue with the classroom you are assigned (in terms of size, space, equipment, etc.), you can contact the registrar's office either before the semester begins or within the first few weeks of the semester. (You can email the general registrar address or phone at 413-585-2550.) On the registrar's website, there is a list of all classrooms along with their capacity and type.
