A rigorous introductory course in electricity and magnetism with emphasis on electrostatics, currents, circuits, magnetic fields and magnetic induction, ending with Maxwell's equations. For Physics and Astronomy majors. An optional honors colloquium is available for this course. (Gen. Ed. PS)
ASTRON & PHYSICS majors and minors. PHYSICS 131, 151, or 181 An optional honors colloquium is available for this course.
Restricted to Physics Majors and Astronomy Majors. All other majors need permission of Instructor
