Univ Interdepartmental Course 297PM - Leadershp thro' peer mentoring

This course will help Peer Mentors develop leadership insights and skills that will help them in their current roles as well as prepare them for future ones. Class time will involve facilitated discussion of Peer Mentors? real-time leadership experiences, challenges, and best practices. Out of class responsibilities will include several readings and brief written reflections. By reflecting on their experiences in the context of integrative leadership?the holistic understanding of one?s leadership identity, capacity, and style in varying contexts?students will examine how their leadership experiences can be leveraged in future endeavors and to affect positive social change.
