This course is designed to provide a learning community for all students to discuss the value of, importance in, and skills to contribute to positive social change as a student leader in the residence halls at UMass Amherst.

This course is required of all Resident Assistant & Peer Mentor candidates. All students who enroll in this course will also need to complete a separate RA and PM Applications by the deadline. Class Dates: October 3-November 17

This course is required and limited to Residential Life Resident Assistant and Peer Mentor candidates. All students who enroll in this course will also complete a separate RA or PM application by the deadline. In order to meet eligibility requirements for the RA or PM positions, candidates must successfully Pass this course prior to the start of their employment duties and dates.
