Do you want to get good at poker using math? Do you find investing in the stock market intriguing? Are you inquisitive about the uncertainty in the universe and how physics helps us understand it better? Or maybe you are interested in certain philosophical insights to quench your curiosity? We?ll learn all these interesting topics while also applying them together in class! This course is an amalgam of all the things above, with the goal to understand how probability and critical thinking can be used in real-life situations to optimize the chances of a desirable outcome. You will develop questioning and thinking skills that will help you in any field of your interest, be it theoretically or practically. Basic math knowledge is enough to have fun in this course.
