Romanian III is the third part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Romanian offered through the Five College Center for World Languages. The course format includes intensive independent study, small group conversation sessions led by a peer conversation partner, and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Romanian develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Romania or the Republic of Moldova and engagement with Romanian-speaking communities, and to support course work in European Studies and other academic, vocational, and personal goals.

Students must apply to add this course. Contact the Five College Center for World Languages at fivecolleges.edu/languages.

Prerequisite: Romanian I - II or the equivalent.

Permission is required for interchange registration during all registration periods.
