This course focuses on the theory and application of Social Network Analysis to manage social and organizational networks effectively. This course is designed to help you assess, diagnose, analyze, and prescribe a wide variety of social and organizational network problems using theory and analytic software. Participating in this course will allow you to: gain experience in collecting and representing network and relational data; develop skills in analyzing network data; understand how social networks are related to consequential outcomes in your personal life, in society, and in organizations; and practice applying these skills and knowledge to people-analytic challenges in organizational settings, such as organizational design.

This course is open to doctoral students in the Isenberg School of Management.
