Five Colleges, Incorporated seeks a software vendor to respond to this Request for Proposal to propose a collections management and discovery software solution that includes licensing, data assessment, data transition, customization, software implementation, training, and ongoing support for six museums and academic institutions located in the Connecticut River Valley of Western Massachusetts sharing a collaborative database environment. The successful vendor will be selected based on an assessment of skills, experience, and price specifically tailored to the unique needs and requirements of this complex environment.
