Getting in shape can be fun! This course is appropriate for all age and abililty levels, with a wide range of exercises and paces to select from. Circuit training combines high-volume repetitions with low resistance (weights), resulting in low-impact workouts with short rest intervals. The benefits of circuit training include increased flexibility, endurance, muscle tone, strength, aerobic improvement and potential weight loss. This is a great course for combining strength and aerobic routines in one workout!
