Humanities Arts Cultural Stu 0233 - In Process

This course explores the possibilities of drawing and its temporal and transitory nature through varied media including painting, printmaking, sculpture and installation. We will notice and discuss the transformation of artwork as it evolves, examining how this shapes the work. Ideas of ephemerality and production will be questioned while seeking to develop personal methods of making.

Arts, Design, and Media Independent Work Lab fee: $40. In this course students are expected to spend 5-10 hours weekly on work and preparation outside of class time.
