This course is a group independent study on methods in food preservation. We will work collaboratively to learn methods of water bath canning of vegetables, lacto-fermentation, and dehydration. Lab/Materials fee:$20 Students should expect to spend 6-8 hours weekly on work and preparation outside of class time
