Rowing is a life-long activity that provides great cardiovascular conditioning as well as an overall muscular workout. This course will introduce or perfect the participant's rowing stroke in the rowing tank or on the rowing machines (ergometers). Proper stretching and strategies for working out will also be discussed.
1 PE unit. Half semester.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
