This course is a companion lab course to the 2-credit MUSIC-173 Performing Tate's Shell Shaker course. In addition to the short reading and writing assignment each week in the 2-credit MUSIC-173, students delve deeper into the topics discussed, and inform their participation in class discussions with additional readings, and an additional longer writing assignment each week, with a final paper at the end of the course.
Coreq: MUSIC-173.
Completing the lab together with the MUSIC-173 lecture would allow students to fulfil their Humanities I and Multicultural requirements.
Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
