Techniques for 2012: Proteomics
In the post-genomics era we are now faced with deciphering the ever increasing complexity of macromolecules and their regulation. This primarily laboratory course will use state-of-the-art molecular techniques to analyze student/faculty-designed projects. Prerequisites: Organic Chemistry 2, (CHM 223) and Biochemistry I, (BCH 252/253) or by permission of the instructor. Enrollment limited to 12. (E)
