Sectioned course. Hydro Fitness is a full body conditioning course utilizing water as the primary medium for exercise. This course incorporates exercises designed to improve students? aerobic and anaerobic capacities through activities performed in the water. These activities will include cardiovascular, flexibility, resistance training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation exercises. This course will benefit individuals suffering from joint pain associated with the ankle, knee, hip, and back. This is not a swimming class, but comfort in both deep and shallow water is required.
