A study of the elementary school curriculum, and the application of the principles of teaching in the elementary school, focusing on mathematics and sciences. Two class hours and a practicum involving directed classroom teaching. Prerequisites: EDC 235, EDC 238 and one more EDC course; a grade of B- or better in education courses. Co-requisite: EDC 345L. Instructor permission required.
