An advanced laboratory course for juniors and seniors in which students learn and make use of  advanced signal recovery methods to design and perform laboratory experiments drawn from a wide range of topics in modern and contemporary physics. Students considering special studies / honors work in experimental physics as seniors are encouraged to take PHY 350 during their junior year. May be repeated for credit up to a maximum of 8 credits. Prerequisites: PHY 215 and PHY 240 or equivalent. Enrollment limited to 8.

Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.

Must take Laboratory, Lecture

Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
