Education and Child Study 299 - Rethinking Teaching, Education, and Leadership Policy

What makes schools effective? How can educational policy and research support all students? This course explores the connections among educational systems, teaching practice, and policy. Students develop foundational knowledge about school reform and gain tools for analyzing and reimagining approaches to achieving better outcomes for all learners. No prior coursework in education required. Enrollment limited to 40.
