Honors College 298B - Introduction to Leadrshp Pract

Using conceptual frameworks and experiential learning related to explorations of self, self and others, and groups, we will cover a variety of diversity and leadership topics that you will find applicable to many areas of your life. This course will include topics in introductory leadership theories and development, personality types, time management and goal setting, diversity and social justice, communication skills, group dynamics, and student involvement.

Open to Freshman Commonwealth College students only.
