ggplot2 is a plotting system within the R environment. This seminar we will briefly consider base graphics and lattice, and then get into ggplot2 for the rest of the it. Familiarity with, but not expertise in, R will be necessary.

An introductory statistics course that included R is a recommended prerequisite.
