Section Title: Radical Self-Care for Change-Makers. In order to make a difference in the world, we need to take care of ourselves, too! In this class, you will learn to cultivate self-compassion, confidence, clarity, capacity, and connection so that you can create a life you love while living your purpose fully. This class is highly experiential to help students integrate the material into their lives. Classes will primarily consist facilitated discussion and out-of-class work will include reading, journaling, and practicing radical self-care.
