An independent biotechnology research experience in a UMass laboratory using molecular biology techniques and experimental design and critical reasoning. This class OR ANIMLSCI 385 satisfies the second requirement of the Biotechnology Research Experience series for the BS Animal Science Biotechnology Concentration.
Open to Animal Science students who have declared the Biotechnology Concentration Students must complete a Biotechnology Research Experience Contract with a Faculty sponsor and bring the completed contract to the Undergraduate Program Office in ISB to have this course added to their schedule.
Permission is required for interchange registration during all registration periods.
