Electricity and magnetism. Emphasis on basic foundations of physics and techniques used to solve a wide range of problems. For engineering, math, physics, and other science majors with facility and interest in math and physics. Prerequisites: PHYSICS 151 or 181. Co-Requisite: MATH 132. (Gen.Ed. PS)
ASTRON & PHYSICS majors and minors. An optional honors colloquium is available for this course.
Restricted to Physics Majors and Astronomy Majors. All other majors need permission of Instructor
Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
