In this seminar, students will be presented with case studies that highlight challenges facing children and young adults in our society. We will focus on a subset of challenges (e.g., safe food and water, energy needs, educational inequalities, etc.), and will emphasize identification and quantification of change over time. Student groups will create and share proposals for manipulating variables to alter the trajectory of the challenge. Lastly, students will reflect on what they've learned about the challenge and about themselves.
This course is open to PSYCH majors only. Pre Req: PSYCH 241 & 350 This class may open to juniors later in registration if space permits.
