Mathematics 797SM - ST- Statistical Mechanics

This class will cover the foundations of statistical mechanics, including mean-field systems, Markov random fields and Gibbs measures. We will cover various applications of the theory to uncertainty quantification as well as to machine learning.

Open to Graduate students only. Note: Prerequisites include a working knowledge of probability and analysis at the graduate level. In doubt, contact the instructor.
