This laboratory course will provide students with hands-on experience with essential laboratory methods used for public health research. Students will isolate and quantify their DNA, and perform PCR for genotyping. Other modules include Crime Scene Investigator, bioinformatics and genetically-modified organisms.
Open to Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Public Health majors only. PreReq: 100-level BIO course
