In this course, students will participate in all aspects of managing a meat goat herd, including nutritional management, health management, pregnancy, neonatal care and marketing.
This course is open to BS-Animal Science & BS-Pre-Veterinary Science majors only. The first meeting will be held in ISB 427R. Students who cannot register should contact smarston@vasci.umass.edu.
Other majors contact smarston@vasci.umass.edu for permission to enroll.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
