Honors College 195KH - Community Engagement Seminar

This seminar is the first of three courses in the Sophomores-Serve program and introduces students to concepts and skills that prepare them to engage effectively with the local community. Topics include inquiry into the meanings of the social identities we each carry, practice in the skill of dialogue with people whose perspectives and life experiences differ from our own, and beginning discussions on leadership, citizenship, and social justice.
