Public Health 491C - S-Current Issues/EnvHealth

Students, faculty, and guest speakers present on current and emerging topics on environmental health research and issues with an interdisciplinary focus. Students will become aware of the recent development and discoveries, global environmental health problems, and career options in public health. Students will review scientific literature, engage in group discussions, and interactions with the speakers.

Open to seniors and juniors in Public Health, Kinesiology, Communication Disorders, or Nutrition. This course is open to Public Health, Kinesiology and Communication Disorders Seniors only from November 12-November 16. On November 17 Nutrition Seniors may enroll as well, and then on November 19 it will be open to Juniors in Public Health, Kinesiology, Communication Disorders and Nutrition as well.
