An introduction to the workings of the cell, focusing on themes of cellular structure, dynamics and energetics. This course is intended for students interested in a broad interdisciplinary approach to the bilogical sciences: frequent connetions to chemistry, physics and mathematics will be made as the cell, it's inner workings and malfunctions, are explored. (Gen Ed BS)
Open to students in the Biological Sciences Talent Advancement Program (BIOTAP) only. Additional lab fees are associated with this section.
