Open to junior and sophomore Emerging Scholar Commonwealth Honors College students only. This course is for Emerging Scholars sophomores and juniors who wish to serve as mentors to incoming ES cohorts. This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals and some modes of and approaches to mentorship. This will be beneficial to your personal and professional development and you will be helping the new ES cohort to successfully navigate the university system. The course will meet 3 times during the semester on the following dates: 9/16, 10/1, 11/4. Attendance at each session is mandatory. Participants will have an opportunity to meet their assigned mentee(s) during and at the end of the semester.
