Isenberg School of Management 795L - Sem-Leadership & Beyond

An overview of different perspectives and approaches to leadership practice. Goes beyond traditional leadership practices to examine empowering leadership approaches and contemporary leadership challenges.
Prerequisite: Sch-Mgmt 680.

Live Class sessions will be on the following dates: Monday 9/10, 9/17, 10/1, 10/22, 11/5, 11/26 6:00PM-9:00PM . On-line students are asked to participate in 4 or more, and required to participate in a minimum of 3, of the 6 live classes (including their team's case discussion leadership and presentation dates). The rest of the class will be working with your team and on your own to complete course assignments.?
